       2.2.4. If any companies or individuals are engaged to perform functions on company’s behalf, beyond as stated in clause 2.1, the company hold the right to share the user information. As for now, only our delivery partners, under strict contractual terms, can access user’s data exclusively for the purpose of product delivery to the user in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Laws.

       2.3.1. In case of our periodic fraud detection and credit checks, we might share the user’s data with licensed fraud detection and prevention agencies. Records of user searches are kept and is further linked to people the user is financially connected with. The information the user provides us with application and payment details form may be followed by these agencies for such purposes.

       2.3.2. Other than using technology to detect and prevent fraud, our website and credit agencies may suspect fraud, if provided with incorrect information by the user. In such events, the company holds the right to share the user personal data with other organizations and individuals.

3.3. Only 5 digits of your credit card number is revealed when confirming an order. However, we do share the entire credit card number to the relevant bank when processing user’s order.

3.4. For the collection, disclosure or storage of Personal Data, we maintain various electronic, physical and procedural protections. On frequent occasions, we demand proof of identity from the user to disclose the personal data to them.

3.5. In cases where the user senses an infringement of the data protection on his/her side, such as illegal access of any third party to his/her password due to negligence on the side of the user, he/she must immediately contact the company so that the required security measures can be taken to reset the password.

6.4. If a design order is ordered, will only proceed once the artwork specification has met to the products specification.

6.5. All the Terms and Conditions stated in this document are applicable to individuals and not to any entity that we might hold the personal data of.

6.6. In case informed by the user about any changes in their personal data, the amendment is made on immediate basis by the company in our records.

6.7. To improve our service quality, all calls and emails that the user sends us in lieu of correspondence is recorded and monitored. However, every time the user is informed about this activity and if there is discontent from the user he/she might opt to not proceed with the call and the company will contact the user by some alternative means.

7.1. Under the Data Protection Law, the user has the right to access his/her personal information held by the company. However, retrieving such information can cost the company some administrative cost, which is charged to the user.
