Placing an order through our website is easy and quick, you can instantly approve and upload your artwork, re-order previous orders at the click of a button and keep track of all your invoices through your account. Follow the steps below to get started:
- Select the item you want from the “All Products” menu.
- Select the options and the number you need and then “add to basket”
- Once you have added all the products you require for your order, click the basket option on the top.
- Select your delivery option and proceed to payment.
Voila – you are done! Relax and sit back – if your artwork is approved and ordered before 2 pm your items will be delivered to you within the agreed timeframe.
You will receive your order within the agreed timeframes specified during checkout.
If the approval of artwork were completed before 2 pm, the order will be sent to print the very same day. This depends on your service selection and how urgent is the order required.
If you live in an extended area (listed in the delivery section), this will take an extra working day.
The dispatch time is 2 pm every business day. If your order is produced and the artwork is approved before then, it will be mailed the very next business day for distribution. Two days more for extended areas.
If you haven’t approved the artwork yet on your order, you can add more items to the order if you want. Just give us a call on 03301132417 and our customer service representatives will be more than glad to help you.
The easiest and quickest way to sending your artwork is to upload it to the basket. If the artwork is not really ready, you can upload it in your account area or send us an email after placing the order.
If you select the option of emailing your artwork, simply place the order online without uploading the artwork then once you get the reference number, email us the artwork with the reference number and we will email you back a proof for your agreement.
